Ms. Bich T. Nguyen

The Sue L. Nguyen Scholarship has been established by Bich Nguyen, sister of Sue L. Nguyen, an alumna of the College of Education and Human Services who passed away in 2014. Bich is the executor of the Sue L. Nguyen Management Trust and, as the executor, is establishing this fund in order to provide support to the College in remembrance of the significant impact SIU Carbondale had on Sue’s educational experience as a new resident of the United States, as well as to her professional career and advancement. It is Bich Nguyen’s intent as executor of the Sue L. Nguyen Management Trust to establish this account to assist students who find themselves in similar circumstances as her sister’s while attending SIU.
